Avalon was delighted to help The American Air Museum in Britain launch a highly successful list building campaign on social media — to help tell their story, generate leads, and drive traffic to a new website we created for them in the United States.
In a series of Facebook ads (testing a variety of iconic images of WWII aircraft and the aviators who liberated Europe from Nazi occupation), their first-ever online ad campaign landed an overall click-through-rate of 4.3% — 4.5 times Facebook’s benchmark average of .91%.
The final flight of Avalon’s digital ads brought in incredible 11.65% and 12.3% click-through rates. That’s pretty impressive considering, we ran these ads in four US states 4,400 miles away from the museum in London which most donors may never see!
