Kate came to Avalon in 2004 from the voter education organization Project Vote Smart, where she helped develop and expand its voter information database system.
As Avalon’s Director of Client Reporting and Data Management, Kate ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the Merlin by Avalon® performance reporting system that serves all Avalon clients. This includes managing and maintaining client performance data and delivering up-to-date reports. Her attention to detail and expert data management ensure client fundraising decisions and strategies are grounded in accurate and timely data.
When not managing data, Kate can be found enjoying the great outdoors on a snowboard, mountain bike or kayak.
