Our People

Kaitlyn McHale

Fundraising Program Manager

After initially joining Avalon in 2022, Kaitlyn left for the Peace Corps in Fiji where she worked in economic development, partnering with local women on an environmental clean-up initiative and the Fijian government on a solar energy project.

After returning to the U.S., Kaitlyn “boomeranged” her way back to our Client Service team, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience with her. On any given day, Kaitlyn’s assisting her team members with daily tasks, reviewing copy and design with an eagle eye, and collaborating with clients to keep projects on track. Having worked on the nonprofit side at Horizons, an education enrichment organization working to close the learning gap between students in the Greater Boston area, she knows how important a sustainable fundraising program is to a nonprofit’s overall mission — and she has the expertise to make it happen.

After she signs off for the day, you can find Kaitlyn taking a good yoga or Pilates class, pet sitting for loved ones, or trying new restaurants in Chicago near her home.
