Kaitlyn McHale

Fundraising Program Manager

Kaitlyn joined Avalon in 2022 after working at Horizons at Dedham Country School, where she directed a year-round academic enrichment program for more than 150 students from low-income families in Greater Boston. In her previous positions, she acquired a wide range of skills in marketing and communications, brand management, website development, and grant writing. Kaitlyn also brings a wealth of hands-on experience, including from her time volunteering in Tanzania, where she taught English and helped build a sustainable primary school.

When she’s not helping Avalon’s clients make the world a better place, Kaitlyn loves hiking, playing board games, and watching baseball. She’s almost halfway through her quest to catch a major league game in every baseball stadium in North America.
