ABOUT AVALON CONSULTING

Rachel Doyle

Billings Manager

Rachel joined Avalon in early 2016 and serves as Avalon’s Billings Manager. Her college internship at Refugees International, as well as ongoing volunteer work, motivated her to seek a position where she could put her administrative skills to work in the nonprofit sector, and we are thrilled to have her on our team.

Prior to Avalon, Rachel spent several years working as an office manager and administrative director for federal government and Department of Defense contractors, honing her administrative and management skills.

Rachel works on in-house billings and assists with other accounting processes, as well as helping Avalon teams with processing vendor and client billings.

Rachel double majored in Political Science and History at the University of Colorado (Colorado Springs), and more recently, returned to college for an undergraduate Certificate in Accounting in 2015.

Rachel and her park ranger husband live in the middle of beautiful Prince William Forest Park, south of Washington, DC. But they enjoy the city, too, where they can take advantage of the wide variety of history, sightseeing, cultures, food, and events that can be found in the DC metro area.
