Our People

Jackie Biancolli Libby

Senior Vice President & Director of Client Services

As Senior Vice President and Director of Client Services, Jackie oversees all of our client service staff, helping to mentor team members and troubleshoot campaign concerns. Jackie’s strategic and creative analysis has proven thought-provoking and innovative, resulting in reinvigorated and strengthened fundraising programs.

For the past several years, Jackie’s creative strategy has guided several MAXI-winning campaigns. She also oversees the fundraising programs for a diverse portfolio of clients including the Friends of the Smithsonian, John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Smithsonian’s National Zoo and Conservation and Biology Institute, Monterey Bay Aquarium, The Trustees, and the American Air Museum in Britain.

Earlier in her career, Jackie served as the Manager of Annual Giving at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, where she focused on acquiring, reinstating, renewing, and upgrading Members and patrons. She also played an active role in facilitating the merger of the Washington National Opera and Kennedy Center Membership programs. Jackie’s previous work on the client side gives her a unique insight into the development of Membership programs and the daily challenges her clients face. This perspective, combined with her Avalon work and her previous position as a project manager at Production Solutions, enables her to view projects from all three sides—client, consultant, and vendor.

Outside of work, Jackie loves spending time with her husband, Mike, and their children, Abby and Alex. She is active in the DC arts scene, attending countless theater and music performances throughout the year.
